Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 4 Spanish Mackerels 3 Red Chillies 2 Green Chillies 4 Shallots 1 tbs Shrimp Paste 1 cup Tamarind Juice Quarter tsp Salt Method: 1. Wash mackerels thoroughly and remove the intestines. 2. Sliced red and green chillies, shallots thinly. 3. Toast and crumbled the shrimp paste. 4. Grilled the fish over a charcoal fire until both side is well done. 5. Mix all the ingredients and season with salt, add in tamarind juice. 5. Pour the sauce directly on top of grilled fish or set the sauce aside and serve. |
