Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 500 gram Long Beans 2 Kampung/Rural Chicken Egg Half cup Big-size Prawns 5 Shallots 2 Red Chillies 2 tbsp Oil A dash of Salt and Garlic Method: 1. Rinse the long beans and dice them. 2. Shelled, wash and de-veined the prawns. 3. Sliced Shallots and red chillies. 4. Fry shallots, red chillies, garlic, until smell fragrant. 5. Put in prawns and stir-fry till well cooked. 6. Add in diced long beans and stir well. Beat the egg and pour it over the long beans and stir and mix it well. 7. Add in a dash of salt, stir and serve. |
