Malay Mixed Vegetable Soup (Sup Sayur Campuran)

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

Half Pieces of Cabbage

300 Gram Mustard Greens

250 Gram French Beans

1 Pieces Carrot

4 Small Red Onions - sliced

1 Clove Garlic - sliced

3 Cups of Water

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 tbsp Oil

Method:

1. Clean the vegetables, cut them and drain them.

2. Heat the oil and fry the sliced onions and garlic until golden brown in color.

3. Add in the water and salt and pepper. Bring to the boil.

4. Add in the carrot first, follow by the French beans, cabbage and lastly the greens.

5. When the vegetables are done, switch off the fire and serve hot.
