Malay Rice in Coconut Milk (Nasi Lemak)

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

1.5 cup of Fragrant Rice

2 cups of Coconut milk

4 Screwpine Leaves (pandan leaves)

1 tsp of Shallots and Ginger

A dash of Salt and Sugar and Oil

Method:

1. Wash the rice and drain, set aside.

2. Cook rice with coconut milk, screwpine leaves with some salt. Add in shallots and ginger for more fragrant.

3. Serve rice with roasted anchovies, sliced cucumber and hard-boiled egg.
