Malay Roast Beef (Daging Bakar)

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

600 gram Beef

1.5 tsp Turmeric Powder

Salt and Pepper

1 tsp Olive Oil

Method:

1. Wash and cut beef into large pieces.

2. Marinate beef cube with salt, pepper and some olive oil. Set aside for 20-30 minutes.

3. Set up charcoal fire and roast the beef evenly until each side is well cooked.

4. Serve it while hot with any sauce.
