Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 500 grams Beef Salt and Pepper to seasoning 2 tsp Turmeric powder Turmeric Leaves Method: 1. Wash and cut the beet into large cube with 4 cm think. 2. Mix turmeric powder, salt, pepper together, rub on beef cube and season for a while. 3. Wash and dried the turmeric leaves, wrap each piece of meat in turmeric leaves, roll tightly and tie with string. 4. Put the rolled beef into the oven for roasting, turn the beef over on and off to get it roasted evenly, cooked. |
