Malay Vegetable Salad with Shrimp Paste (Malay Rojak)

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

Half Pineapple

Half Small Yam Bean

2 Cucumbers

3 tbsp Palm Sugar - chopped

2 Fresh Red Chillies

Half cup of Tamarind Juice

2 tbsp Shrimp Paste

Method:

1. Slice pineapple, small yam bean, cucumbers.

2. Pound fresh red chillies and mix with shrimp paste.

3. Add in tamarind juice and palm sugar and stir well.

4. Add in mixed vegetables and stir well before serve fresh.
