Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 1.5 cup Thai Fragrant Rice 4 cup Water 1 cup Peanuts 1 cup Anchovies 1 tsp Salt Method: 1. Heat up a pan and fry anchovies, peanuts separately with oil. 2. Rinse the rice and put water cook the rice into a thick broth. Add in some salt to season it. 3. Serve in bowl, top with fried anchovies and peanuts. |
