Ingredients: (Serves 6-8) 1 whole Chicken 400 gram flour 4 tbsp Margarine 3 tbsp Salt 4 Eggs 1 tbsp Sugar 1 cup of Oil Method: 1. Wash and cut the chicken into small pieces. Wash again and drain well. 2. Mix the chicken pieces with flour, margarine, eggs, sugar and salt. 3. Add in chicken pieces, and coat well. 4. Heat up a deep pan with a cup of oil. Add in chicken pieces few at a time and deep fry it until golden brown color and crispy. 5. Remove chicken from oil and set to serve. |
