Malay Spicy Grilled Chicken (Ayam Golek)

Ingredients: (Serves 6-8)

1 whole Chicken

6 cloves Garlic

4 cup Coconut Milk or Skinny Milk

1 tsp Coriander Seeds

1 tbsp Tamarind Pulp

4 hard boiled eggs

Salt to taste

Chicken Liver and Gizzard

Method:

1. Wash and drain the chicken well.

2. Grind the coriander seed and garlic together finely.

3. Slice the chicken innards and mix well with 1 tsp of ground ingredients.

4. Chop the eggs roughly and add into the mixture. Stuff the ingredients into the chicken and sew up the opening.

5. Mix the milk with tamarind and salt. Add in the remaining ingredients.

6. Set to boil the chicken with the ingredients until the oil in the chicken surface up.

7. Remove the chicken out from pot and set for grill in the oven until the chicken is tender.
