Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 800 gram Big size Prawns 5 Shallots 3 Clove Garlic 4 cm piece Ginger 2 cm piece turmeric 2 large Onion 2 cup Coconut Milk 1 tbsp Curry Powder 1 Spring Curry Leaves 1 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Salt Method: 1. Shelled and de-veined the big prawns. 2. Pound together garlic, ginger, turmeric, shallots, and onion. 3. Heat up a pan, fry pounded ingredients until fragrant. Add in curry leaves. 4. Then add in curry powder and fry until fragrant. 5. Put in sliced onion and coconut milk. Boil. 6. Add in prawns and cook until well done. 7. Serve. |
