Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 400 gram Fresh Mussel 5 Small Red Onions - cut in quarter 1.5 Stalk Lemon Grass 1.5 Clove Garlic - sliced and chopped cube Method: 1. Clean and brush the mussel to make it mud free, soak in a salt water. 2. Put in all the ingredients and add some salt. 3. Boil the mussel and ingredients with small to medium fire until it is boiled and cooked. 4. Serve as soup.
