Ingredients: (Serves 6-8) 5 pieces Tunny fish (Ikan Tongkol) 3 tbsp Kormah Powder 6 Shallots 3 Clove Garlic 4 cm Piece Ginger 1 tbsp Chili paste 5 cup Coconut Milk 2 piece Asam Gelugur 1 tsp Salt Method: 1. Pounded shallots, garlic, ginger together, mix with kormah powder. 2. Clean tunny fish, boil the fish with salt and 1 pc Asam Gelugur. 3. Fry the chillies paste until smell fragrant good. 4. Put in fried chillies paste with pounded ingredients, pour in coconut milk and bring oil. 5. Add in water and asam gelugur, put in fish and continue boiling for 10-15 minutes. |
