Ingredients: (Serves 6-8) 1 whole Chicken 5 Shallots 5 Red Chillies 5 tbsp Lime juice 2 tbsp Sugar 3 tbsp Thick Soy Suace Salt to taste 7 tbsp Oil Method: 1. Wash and cut the chicken into small pieces. Drain. 2. Slice shallots and red chillies thinly. 3. Heat up a pan with some oil. Fry the shallots until fragrant. 4. Add in the sliced chillies and chicken pieces. 5. Once the chicken is half cooked, add in sugar. 6. Add in lime juice, thick soy sauce, salt and switch to lower heat continue cooking. 7. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. 8. Serve while hot. |
