Deep Fry Crispy Cuttlefish

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

500 gram Cuttlefish

3 tbsp Curry Powder

10 Shallots ground finely

100 ml Coconut Milk

1 Fresh Egg

1 tsp Salt

5 tbsp Corn Flour

Proper Oil for Deep Frying

Method:

1. Wash the cuttlefish, skinned and cut into halves.

2. Marinate the cuttlefish halves with curry powder, onions, egg, salt and coconut milk for 60 minutes.

3. Put in corn flour and mix well to make it thicken.

4. Heat a pan with enough oil for deep frying. Put in cuttlefish one by one and deep fry until golden brown and cooked.

5. Drain the oil and cool before serve.
