Fry Salty Fish with Bean Sprouts

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

500 gram Bean Sprouts with tail removed

2 small piece Salted Threadfin

2 bunch Chives

3 large Onions

5 pips Garlic

3 Red Chillies

Salt to taste

Method:

1. Wash and slice the salted threadfin. Chop into small pieces.

2. Slice onions, red chillies.

3. Chop garlic finely.

4. Heat up a pan with some oil. Add in the garlic and fry until golden brown color.

5. Put in red chillies and onions fry for 5 minutes.

6. Add in bean sprouts, chives and stir fry until well mix and half cooked.

7. Add in salted threadfin pieces, stir fry for another 5 minutes to mix well.

8. Dish out and serve with fragrant rice.
