Nyonya Chicken Cekor

Ingredients: (Serves 6-8)

500 gram Chicken

30 gram Cekor Root (white ginger root)

50 gram small red onions

30 gram fresh ginger

Salt and sugar to taste

Method:

1. Wash and cut the chicken into 3 cm cubes.

2. Grind red onions, cekor root, ginger finely.

3. Heat up a pan with some oil, fry the ground ingredients until smell fragrant.

4. Put in the chicken cubes, and some water to cook. Simmer until water dry, add salt to taste. Mix well and serve hot with fragrant rice.
