Ingredients: (Serves 6-8) 2 kilo gram Chicken drumsticks 2 tsp ground Coriander seeds 1 tsp ground Aniseeds 1 tsp ground Cummin Seeds 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 3 tbsp Chopped Onions 1 cup thick Coconut Milk Salt to taste 4 tbsp Oil Method: 1. Wash and cut the chicken drumstick into halves. 2. Heat up a pan with some oil. Fry the chopped onions until brown and add in the ground ingredients. 3. Continue fry until fragrant, add in the chicken drumsticks, stir well. Add some water to cook it. Add in salt to taste. 4. Set to medium flame and continue cooking until the gravy dried, then add in coconut milk and set to boil. 5. Once the chicken is tender, remove and grill over the charcoal fire until brown in color. Serve. |
