Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 800 gram Lea Pork strips Half small Yam Bean 4 Large Onions 3 Eggs 4 tbsp Flour 2 tbsp Sugar 2 Bean Curd Sheets 2 pieces Bean Curb 1 Cucumber Dash of Pepper Salt to taste Proper Oil for deep frying Method: 1. Chop yam bean and onion coarsely. 2. Fry bean curd and cut into cubes. 3. Slice cucumber for garnishing. 4. Spread the bean curd sheet widely open and with sprinkle some water on to soften it. Break into 8-10 pieces. 5. Mix well egg, onions, pork strips, sugar, yam bean, pepper together. 6. Spread the mixture on to the bean curd sheet and roll up evenly. 7. Heat a pan with enough oil for deep frying. Slide the raw meat rolls into the boiling oil. Deep fry until dark brown, drain and set aside. 8. Serve together with bean curd cakes, cucumber and chilli sauce. |
