Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 1000 gram Crabs Half ripe Pineapple (can use can pineapple for easiness) 2 stalk Lemon Grass 10 Chili Padi 5 cups Coconut Milk 10 Red Chillies 10 Shallots 2 cm piece Turmeric Salt to taste Method: 1. Wash and brush the crab thoroughly. Remove the top shell and cut into halves. 2. Crushed lemon grass finely. 3. Ground red chillies, shallots, and turmeric finely together. 4. Skinned the pineapple (or use can pineapple) and cut into 1 cm rounds and quarter it. 5. Gather all ingredients and crabs, put into a pot. Simmer over medium flame until the gravy boiling. Continue stirring for 10 minutes. 6. Add in chili padi, stir for 3 minutes and remove from heat and serve. |
