Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 400 gram Pork Belly 2 liter Water 500 gram Prawns 6 clove Garlic 4 tbsp Soy Bean Paste 400 gram Yellow Noodles 200 gram Bean Sprouts 8 tbsp Oil Salt to taste Garnishing Ingredients: 15 Shallots 1 Cucumber 2 Thin Omelet and Shredded 5 sliced Red Chillies กก Method: 1. Skinned pork belly and left as a whole. 2. Wash and remove the intestine of the prawn. 3. Crushed the garlic finely. 4. Wash and cut off the bean sprouts tail. 5. Mash the soy bean paste for later use. 6. Sliced the shallots finely and slightly fry until golden. 7. Remove the cucumber skin and shredded finely and thinly. 8. Dry fry the prawns in a pan slightly. 9. Boil the pork belly stock for 5 minutes. 10. Fry garlic, mashed soy bean paste and fry for 3 minutes until fragrant. Add the pork belly and fry for another 5 minutes. 11. Pour in the stock and set to boil. 12. Put in noodles and bean sprouts cook for 5 minutes. 13. Add in prawns and salt to taste. 14. Garnish and serve while hot. |
