Prawns with Port Fat in Soy Bean Paste and Chillies

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

300 gram Prawns

600 gram Pork Fat

15 Green Chillies

3 tbsp Soy Bean Paste

3 sliced Shallots

5 cloves crushed Garlic

3 tbsp Oil

A small cup Water

Sugar to taste

Method:

1. Wash, shelled, remove intestine from the prawns.

2. Cut the pork fat into cube.

3. Heat up a pan with some oil, fry the pork fat cube and drain it, set aside.

4. Fry the onions and garlic until fragrant.

5. Put in soy bean paste to stir fry for 5 minutes, add in pork fat and stir well.

6. Add in prawns and stir fry for another 5 minutes.

7. Add in green chillies and simmer with small cup of water.

8. Add in sugar to taste and serve.
