Stir Fry with Bitter Gourd |

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 1 Bitter Gourd 300 gram Beef 4 Chillies 3 cloves Garlic 4 tbsp Oil Salt to taste Method: 1. Wash, remove seeds and slice the bitter gourd. 2. Slice beef thinly. 3. Wash and cut the chillies in lengthwise. 4. Crush the garlic finely. 5. Heat up a pan with some oil, fry the garlic crushed until fragrant. Put in the sliced beef and fry over a medium fire until the beef is half cooked. 6. Add in bitter gourd and continue stir-fry. 7. Put in some salt to taste and sprinkle some water to cook the vegetable. 8. Serve with garnished with chillies. |
