Stir Fry Cuttlefish with Vegetables

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

2 Turnip

200 gram Streaky Pork sliced

2 Carrots shredded in thin slices

150 gram shredded Cabbage

300 gram fresh cuttlefish

2 large Onions sliced thinly

1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce

5 cloves Garlic

5 tbsp Oil

Method:

1. Wash and clean the cuttlefish, remove intestine and head. Cut into thin slices.

2. Heat up a pan with some oil. Fry the garlic until brown in color.

3. Put in soy sauce, pork slices, cuttlefish slices and cabbage, carrots, onions and turnip.

4. Stir fry to mix well. Add in salt and some water, continue stir until mix well.

5. Stir fry until the vegetables and cuttlefish is cooked.

6. Serve with fragrant rice while hot.
