Traditional Enche Kebin

Ingredients: (Serves 6-8)

1 whole Chicken

3 tbsp Sugar

1 Cucumber

2 Tomatoes

2 tsp Pepper

5 tsp Thin Soy Sauce

3 tsp Ginger juice

1 tbsp Curry Powder

1 tbsp Evaporated Milk

Proper Oil for deep frying

Method:

1. Wash and cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.

2. Slice cucumber and tomatoes or garnishing.

3. Mix pepper, thin soy sauce, ginger juice, curry powder and evaporated milk well.

4. Marinate the mixture with the chicken. Set aside for 60 minutes. Dry thoroughly under sun light.

5. Heat up a pan with enough oil for deep frying the chicken for 5 minutes.

6. Switch to lower flame and fry the chicken into golden brown color.

7. Serve hot with garnishing.
