Traditional Fried Salt Fish |

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 200 gram Salty Dry Fish 4 cm piece Ginger 4 Shallots 4 Cloves Garlic 4 dried Chillies cut in halves 4 tbsp Oil Method: 1. Slice salty dry fish, ginger, shallots, garlic thinly. 2. Heat up a pan with some oil and fry the salty dry fish until brown in color. 3. Remove the dry salty fish and place on steaming tray. 4. Using the same oil that fried with salty dry fish and fry the ginger, shallots, garlic and chillies until fragrant. 5. Remove the fried ingredients from oil and pour it all over the fried dry salty fish. 6. Steam for 5 to 10 minutes and serve while hot. |
