Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 200 gram boiled Streaky Pork Half tsp Salt 500 gram small Prawns 3 cups Water 1 tbsp Pounded Garlic 1 tbsp tow cheong 150 gram Water Convulvulus 600 gram Bean Sprouts 800 gram boiled Yellow Noodles 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Pepper 5 tbsp Oil Garnishing Ingredients: 1 Cucumber in 3 cm lengths 3 Eggs - Omelets and shredded 4 tbsp Fried Shallots 4 tbsp Shredded and seedless Red Chilles 1 bunch Coriander leaves Some Pepper Method: 1. Cut boiled pork into thin strips. 2. Shell the prawns and wash. Pound the prawn shells coarsely. Add in water and strain. 3. Fry the pounded garlic with some oil in a heater pan until brown in color. 4. Add in tow cheong, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir fry for 3 minutes. 5. Pour in prawn water from prawn shells, pork stock and set to boil. 6. Add in prawn and pork strip and cook for 2 minutes. 7. Add in boiled noodles, water convulvulus, bean sprouts, to the mixture when it is boiling. Cook over medium fire for 5 to 10 minutes with mix well the ingredients. 8. Garnish with the prepare ingredients and serve while hot. |
