Braised Big Pok Choi or Cabbage

Ingredients: (1 serving)

Half piece Cabbage

100 gram Enoki Mushrooms

3 piece Dried Mushrooms

2 piece Spring Onions

5 cloves Garlic

20 gram Carrot

2 tbsp Soy Sauce

2 tbsp deep fried Onions flake

Half piece Ribs based stock cube

Some dried tiny Shrimps

Method:

1. Wash and soak the dried mushroom in water until soft, cut into slices.

2. Wash and cut off the root of the Enoki mushrooms.

3. Skinned and slightly mash the garlic.

4. Wash and cut the cabbage and spring onions into segment.

5. Wash and slice the carrot.

6. Heat up a flat pan with 2 tbsp oil, add in dried mushrooms slices, dried shrimps, spring onions, garlic, carrot slices, and fry till golden brown and fragrant.

7. Add in cabbage, Enoki mushroom, soy sauce, deep fried onions, ribs stock cube and 500 ml of water. Stir well until the gravy is boiling. Keep on boiling until the gravy thickens and almost dry. Serve.
