Ingredients: (1 serving) 100 gram shredded Onions 100 gram shredded Seaweed 20 gram shredded Spring Onion Some White Sesame seed Some Matsuko seeds 1 tsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Daishi powder 1 tsp Lemon juice 2 tsp Apple Vinegar Method: 1. Prepare a mixer or blender, add in all seasoning ingredients and blend it well. 2. Prepare a salad bowl, put in shredded onions, seaweed, and spring onions. 3. Pour in the blended seasoning mixture on and mix it well. 4. Sprinkle the white sesame seeds, matsuko seeds all over and serve. |
