Cold Shredded Celery and Tofu

Ingredients: (1 serving)

100 gram shredded Tofu

30 gram shredded Celery

15 gram shredded Carrot

2 tsp ground Garlic

1 tsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Sesame Oil

Half tsp Salt

Half tsp Sugar

Half tsp Apple Vinegar

Method:

1. Wash and soak the shredded tofu in hot water for 3 - 5 minutes, add in a little baking soda into the hot water for better taste. Drain and dry well.

2. Mix the shredded tofu with all the seasoning ingredients, marinate for 5 minutes.

3. Add in shredded carrot, shredded celery, ground garlic. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

4. Serve.
