Fresh Green Alfalfa Sprouts Rolls with Raisins and Cashew Nuts

Ingredients: (1 serving)

2 piece Spring Roll paper

100 gram Alfalfa Sprouts

100 gram shredded Lettuce

20 gram Raisins

Some finely ground Peanut powder

Some Cashew Nuts

Method:

1. Spread spring roll paper flat on a cutting board, sprinkle some peanut powder first.

2. Top up with alfalfa sprouts and then shredded lettuce.

3. Add some raisins and cashew nuts on top.

4. Rap up the spring roll paper from one edge to the other edge. Fold both ends and tie in. Cut throw the middle and serve. If you like you can add some salad raising like apple vinegar which is more healthy.
