Garden Green Salad with Nuts

Ingredients: (1 serving)

200 gram Green Vegetables

30 gram shredded Onions

50 gram Mix Nuts

5 piece Grape Tomatoes

Some Parsley

3 tbsp Apple Vinegar

6 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Yellow Mustard

Some Salt

Some Pepper

Method:

1. Wash all the vegetables and drain.

2. Slightly chop the vegetables, slice the grape tomatoes. Keep all vegetables into fridge for later use.

3. Put all seasoning ingredients into a mixer, and mix it well.

4. Put all vegetables into a salad bowl, pour the seasoning mixture on to it. Sprinkle mix nuts and peppers on to and serve fresh.
