Homemade Style "Cawanmushi"

Ingredients: (1 serving)

3 Eggs

30 gram shelled Clam

30 gram shelled Shrimps

2 small piece White Fish Flake

Some Spring Onion shredded

500 ml Stock

Some Soy Sauce

Salt to taste

Method:

1. Beat the egg evenly, mix well with stock, soy sauce, salt. Filter the mixture with a thin net, to get smoother egg mixture.

2. Cut the shrimps and fish flake into small pieces, mix with the clam and add into the egg mixture.

3. Pour the egg mixture into a cup or bowl for steaming.

4. Use the electric pot to boil up some water, once the water is boiled, add in the the bowl/cup with egg mixture to steam for 2 minutes under boiling water.

5. Once the surface of the egg turns white, turn down to medium to low heat and continue steaming for 15 minutes until the egg mixture solid thoroughly.

6. When serve garnished with some chopped spring onions.
