Honey Bitter Gourd

Ingredients: (1 serving)

250 gram Bitter Gourd

20 gram Salt

Some shredded Red Chillies

100 ml White Vinegar or Apple Vinegar

80 gram Honey

30 gram Sugar

50 ml Water

Method:

1. Wash and seeded bitter gourd. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Put into a seal glass bottle, add in 200 ml of water and some salt. Cover up the bottle and set aside overnight.

2. Heat up small pot, add in all seasoning ingredients, set to boil. After boil set aside to cool off for later use.

3. Drain the bitter gourd, put into the seasoning ingredients, set to marinate for overnight.

4. When serve, garnished with some shredded red chillies.
