Stir Fry Buttered Corn Kernels

Ingredients: (1 serving)

150 gram Canned Corn Kernels

30 gram Salt free Butter

Half tsp Salt

1 tsp Soy Sauce

Method:

1. Put corn kernels into hot boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside dry.

2. Heat up a flat pan with some butter, add in the dried corn kernels, salt and soy sauce. Fry until the corn kernels get dried.

3. Serve while hot.
