Thai Style Shredded Papaya

Ingredients: (1 serving)

100 gram Green Papaya (unripe)

50 gram Onions

30 gram Carrots

5 piece Grape Tomatoes

2 tsp Lemon juice

1 tsp ground Garlic

1 tsp Brown Sugar

1 tsp Fish sauce

Some Coriander leaves

Some Peanuts

Method:

1.Skinned, seeded, and shredded papaya.

2. Skinned and shredded onions and carrots.

3. Wash and cut grape tomatoes into small slices.

4. Get a salad bowl, put in all vegetables and seasoning ingredients, mix well and set aside for 15-20 minutes and serve.
