Black Mushroom and Chinese Kale

Ingredients:
8 black mushrooms
1 bunch of green vegetables
2t salt
2t vegetarian oyster sauce
1/2t sugar
1T cornstarch
1/2t sesame oil
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Soak mushrooms in warm water, trim stem and cut into half. Clean green vegetables and cut into pieces.
2)Add 1/2t salt and 1T oil in boiling water, blanch the green vegetables. Remove and set aside.
3)Heat oil, sautéed the mushrooms. Add vegetarian oyster sauce, sugar, salt and fry over low heat. Thicken lightly and sprinkle with sesame oil. Garnish with green vegetables at the sides; serve.
