Cold Dressed Dried Bean Curd Shredded

Ingredients:
4 tael dried bean curd shredded

1/4 carrot

50g celery

2t salt

3t white sesame oil

dash of spicy oil

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Clean the ingredients, carrot strips and shredded, celery no leaves and cut in pieces.

2)Stew the dried bean curd shredded in boiling water about 3 minutes, cool by cold water, drain and set aside.

3)Blanch the carrot and celery, cool it; add dried bean curd shredded and spices, mix well; serve.
