Ingredients:
200g seaweed strips
Mixture1(1/2t salt, 3C water)
Mixture2(1T shredded ginger root, 1/2T shredded green onion, 1/2T
shredded hot red pepper, 1/2t salt, 2/3T sesame oil, 1t worcestershire
sauce)
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method:
1)Cut seaweed into 3-inch strips; place in Mixture1 and heat until
liquid boils; remove and drain. Mix with Mixture2 and place on serving
plate; serve.
