Dry Bean Stuffed Bun with Eggplant Sauce

Ingredients:
6 dry bean stuffed bun

4 fresh black mushrooms

1/2 carrot

1 green capsicum

1 stalk parsley

1 cube ginger

1t salt

2T ketchup

1t sugar

1T white sesame oil

2 bowl vegetarian broth

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Strip and shredded carrot, remove the seeds and stem of capsicum, shredded.

Shredded black mushrooms.

2)Heat oil, sautéed black mushrooms, ginger chopped, add carrot, capsicum to fry; pour in 2 bowl of broth, dry bean stuffed bun, salt, ketchup. Add sugar, stew for 5 minutes over medium heat. Sprinkle white sesame oil, garnish with parsley.
