Fresh Asparagus with Sauce

Ingredients:
900g fresh asparagus

Mixture1(2C vegetarian stock, 1.5t salt)

Mixture2(1C vegetarian stock, 1/2t salt, 1/2t rice wine, 1/2t cornstarch)

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Remove hard ends from asparagus and rinse lightly; drain.

2)Place Mixture1 in a pan and heat until boiling; add asparagus and cook 5 minutes; remove and place asparagus on serving plate (discard liquid). Heat Mixture2 until thick, stirring constantly, add 1T oil; mix together and pour over asparagus; serve.
