Ingredients:
16 tael baby bamboo shoots
little of parsley (for decoration purpose)
1t salt
1T soy sauce
1/2t sugar
1t sesame oil
1T cornstarch
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method:
1)Clean the baby bamboo shoots and cook in boiling water. Remove and
soak in a bowl of tape water.
2)Heat oil, fry the baby bamboo shoots. Add salt, soy sauce, sugar and
water, stew under low heat for 20 minutes.
3)Thicken by cornstarch, sprinkle sesame oil and garnish with parsley;
serve.
