Ingredients:
8 tael bean sprouts
1C of vegetarian shrimps
2 pieces of ginger shredded
2t salt
1T vegetarian oyster sauce
1t sugar
1t sesame oil
1t cornstarch
1/2t pepper
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method:
1)Rinse and blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water after add a dash
of
salt, oil, then cool down. Put on a plate.
2)Heat oil, sautéed ginger till golden brown. Add vegetarian shrimps,
1/2t salt, 1T vegetarian oyster sauce, 1t sugar and 1/2t pepper.
Thicken
with cornstarch and sprinkle with sesame oil. Pour on top of bean
sprouts,
serve.
