Fry Mushrooms with Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients:
8 mushrooms
1 medium sized bamboo shoot
20g celery
250g broccoli
Mixture1(1t salt, 1t sugar, 1/2t sesame oil, 2T vegetarian oyster sauce)
Mixture2(1T cornstarch)

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Remove the stems of mushrooms and cut into half, cube the bamboo shoot, celery to be chopped finely.
2)Heat oil, fry mushrooms, bamboo shoots. Add Mixture1, thicken by Mixture2, garnish with celery; serve.
