Fry Vegetarian Eel

Ingredients:
8 mushrooms

1 bunch of golden mushrooms

1 piece of vegetarian ham

small cube carrot

small cube bamboo shoot

small bowl cornstarch

dash of basil

Mixture1(1t salt, 1T vegetarian oyster sauce, 1T soy sauce, 1t sugar)

Mixture2(1t white sesame oil, 1T cornstarch)

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Blanch the golden mushrooms, shredded carrot and bamboo shoot.

2)Keep the mushrooms soft and remove the stem. Strip and put cornstarch on to fried.

3)Heat oil, fry vegetarian ham, bamboo shoot, carrot, golden mushrooms, add Mixture1; thicken with Mixture2 before serving.
