Ingredients:
1 bunch of golden mushrooms
300g celery
1 small pieces ginger
1t salt
2 bowl of broth
1t sesame oil
1T cornstarch
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method:
1)Clean and trim bottom part of golden mushrooms.
2)Cut celery into half and set aside.
3)Heat oil, sautéed shredded ginger. Add celery, salt and broth to stew
for 10 minutes, remove.
4)Heat oil again to lightly fry golden mushroom, add salt, soy sauce
and add mixture in step2. Thicken with cornstarch and sprinkle sesame
oil; serve.
