Ingredients: 6C oil for frying 1/2C water 300g green vegetables (example spinach) Mixture1(2T sweet bean paste, 2T soy sauce, 1T sugar, 1/2T rice wine) Mixture2(1/2t salt)
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup] 2)Heat pan and 4T oil; stir-fry vegetable and Mixture2 30 seconds. Portion to both sides of serving plate, surrounding bamboo shoot; serve.
