Ingredients:
1 bitter melon
6 mushrooms
little of parsley
6T soy sauce
2T rock sugar
1T rice wine
1T sesame oil
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method:
1)Clean, cut both bitter melon and mushrooms into cube size.
2)Heat oil, fried bitter melon and mushroom for 3 minutes, strain.
3)Heat another oil, put rock sugar, bitter melon, mushroom, soy sauce,
rice wine and water, stew for 10 minutes. When it almost dry, sprinkle
sesame oil and garnish on top with parsley.
