Ingredients:
8 tael vegetarian chicken
1 can of chestnut
2t sugar
3T soy sauce
3C water
1T cornstarch
2T sesame oil
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method:
1)Tear the vegetarian chicken to bite-size pieces, fried till golden
brown.
2)Heat oil, fry lightly vegetarian chicken, chestnuts. Add water, soy
sauce, sugar and stew over low heat.
3)When it boils again, thicken by cornstarch. Sprinkle sesame oil;
serve.
