Ingredients:
3 round flour dough
200g bamboo shoot
4 mushrooms
150g carrot
1t salt
1T sugar
4T soy sauce
4C water
1T sesame oil
1/2t rice wine
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method:
1)Tear the flour dough to cube, fried under medium heat. Skinned bamboo
shoot and cut into bite-size pieces. Soften the mushroom by soaking in
warm
water for 20 minutes and cut into half. Skinned carrot and cut into
cube.
2)Add 2 bowl of water with flour dough; stew under high heat till
soften, drain.
3)Heat oil, fry bamboo shoots, mushrooms, carrot, add spices and flour
dough; stew over medium heat for 25 minutes. Pour to serving plate,
sprinkle sesame oil; serve.
